Another amazing visit to JCT600 Ferrari Leeds, Thanks again to all the staff for the great hospitality on Tuesday, they are all incredibly passionate and knowledgeable of the brand, thanks especially to Paula and Aimee which where very accommodating and a delight to talk to. Poor. Just had my vehicle supposedly serviced . Oil is black. Oil is exactly the same spot on the dip stick as when i left it, belts are now squeaking, misfiring on idle, gears thumping as you come to a slow. Incorrect tyre threads inputted on healthcheck, stated 5.7mm when they are brand new tyres. Misinformed me on multiple things. EDIT: I gave you an opportunity to show me cctv footage of the service being carried out however you refused, my car is in a worse state than i left it in. This is not acceptable

My first visit as a customer to JCT600 Ferrari and it was a real pleasure. Called them as I had a warning light on the dash, they got me in the following day and resolved the problem immediately. They kept we informed and fully explained what work they had carried out. Great friendly service from start to finish.

Recently I required a new gearbox in my Ferrari California T, the team at JCT Leeds we’re fabulous, keeping me informed in the process at all times. I would defiantly recommend then. They got the work done in good time and no problems since!
